1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By purchasing a tour through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The services are provided by Mej-se d.o.o., operating under the brand Slovenia Top Travel.
We only offer one-day trips without overnight stays. There is no reservation system – all purchases are immediate and binding once payment is received.
2. PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following forms of payment:
Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) via Stripe
Bank deposit (manual bank transfer)
If you choose bank deposit, full payment must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Your booking is valid only after the payment is confirmed.

3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
You may cancel your booking:
Up to 24 hours before departure: Full refund
Within 24 hours of departure: No refund (100% cancellation fee)
No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for refunds. All cancellations must be submitted by email to: [email protected]
4. CHANGES & CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY
We reserve the right to cancel or modify a trip due to:
weather conditions,
lack of minimum participants,
operational or safety concerns,
force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.)
If we cancel a trip, you will receive a full refund.
5. TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITY
It is your responsibility to arrive on time at the designated meeting point. Delays or missed departures due to your personal schedule or transport issues are your responsibility and not eligible for refunds.
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
You agree to follow the guide’s instructions during the tour. We reserve the right to remove participants who disturb the group, are intoxicated, or behave inappropriately. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
6. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
We do not provide travel insurance. We strongly recommend that you arrange personal health and accident insurance before your trip.
We are not liable for:
delays, cancellations, or injuries due to external factors
loss of personal belongings
travel documents or visa issues
Passengers are not insured for insolvency of the tour operator.
7. PHOTOS AND PROMOTIONS
By joining our tours, you agree that photos or videos taken during the trip may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such media, please notify us in writing before the tour.
8. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
All disputes between customers and Mej-se d.o.o. shall be resolved under Slovenian law. The competent court is the District Court in Ljubljana.
